By practicing fun movements and postures, you can exploretogetherthe pleasure of yoga and its varied universe. While some exercises will allow children to develop their concentration, other yoga postures performed in pairs, sometimes acrobatic and sometimes relaxing, will deepen your bond of mutual trust.
Simple breathing exercises as well as a moment of relaxation with visualization are offered at the end of each class. This is an opportunity to enjoy the benefits of yoga while sharing precious moments with your child!
