Yoga for my child?
Yoga gives children aspacewhere they canrelax,take the time toto discover yourself, despeak out, become aware of their emotionsplayfullyand practice yoga with other children in therespect.

The yoga session adapted to the physiology and rhythm of the child is divided into 4 parts (stand, warm up, perform the postures, relax) and this respecting the foundations of Patanjali.

Each summer,Padma Natura Yoga offers “Nature and Yoga” courses for children from7 to 13 years old.
For 5 days, the children will experience a wide variety of activities ona themeprecise. Thegames, craftsare realized according to the philosophy ofwell-being and respect for oneself and others.Each child has a place and is valued according to their potential.
The activities take place in nature:animal care, creation in nature, cooperative games, recycled crafts,… There are also two yoga sessions a day. Everything is thought out so that each yogi feels good, happy, joyful and relaxed.
The courses are supervised by a student who has practiced yoga for several years.

Chaque premier mercredi du mois, Padma Natura propose deux heures durant lesquelles les enfants sont invités à découvrir la nature et pratiquer ludiquement le yoga selon des thèmes précis. Durant la première heure, si le temps le permet, nous sommes dehors pour effectuer des activités de connection à la nature (dans les bois, avec les animaux du domaine,...).Durant la deuxième heure, après une petite collation saine, nous pratiquons le yoga en salle. Les jeunes yogis vont se détendre corps et esprit, s'amuser et développer des outils pour gérer leurs émotions quelles qu'elles soient.
