My journey, my philosophy
I have always felt predisposed to help others… As soon as I finished my rather classical studies, I decided to become a speech therapist. The analysis of the brain, of mental functioning to find other paths in order to circumvent and better manage specific difficulties fascinated me. Student during the day, I took sign language lessons, creativity was my engine to exercise. I specialized in children suffering from serious family problems and subsequent behavioral problems.
I worked for a year in a SRJ "the joyful city" then 13 years in a pediatric medical center "Clairs Vallons". Mom of 4 children, I decided to change jobs to be more available and closer to my children's schools. So I became a speech therapist and Zorg coordinator at ECFW.
I started yoga in 2006, following back pain caused by my successive pregnancies. Quickly, I noticed a real change in my stress management and even in the education of my children, not to mention the management of my patients...
In 2014, I therefore decided to train myself as a yoga teacher for children. Yoga brought me so much calm and well-being that I thought it would be a very positive element for my young and old patients who were so stressed and so unsure of themselves!
A year of training with Catherine Nozeret was an excellent base…which made me want to go further. So I decided to pursue the yoga teacher training for adults.
I completed 4 years of VINIYOGA training with Françoise Lebec, Claude Maréchal. School of Krishnamacharya.
This long training taught me the yoga postures of course but also the philosophy of yoga in its 8 aspects through the study of the founding texts.
By studying and practicing intensively, one realizes a spiritual path and one evolves both bodily and internally.
The Yoga that I want to pass on to adults is a yoga that respects oneself, one's abilities, one's limits. The methodology I use is benevolent observation (each individual or group lesson meets the needs of the students). Each lesson has a theme, a quote which allows you to orient your mind and develop real ways to evolve, feel good, calm in your daily life.

"The success of yoga lies not in our ability to perform postures but how they change the way we live our lives. » TKV Desikachar (son of Krishnamacharya)
